Dug out the old bike today and cycled to the Falkirk Wheel via the Forth and Clyde Canal pathway a round trip of approximately 20 miles. Was a bit sore around the " derriere" but was rewarded for my efforts with some Brids of Prey shots as there was a Falconry Demo going on.
